Peugeot-Citroen Increased Revenue in The First Quarter to 4.6 Percent

As Tanjug reports, the French automaker PSA Peugeot Citroen in the first quarter of this year increased its revenues by 4.6 percent, mainly due to the contribution Faurecije, manufacturers of automotive equipment in which PSA holds a 51 percent stake.

PSA Group in the first three months of this year, total revenue of 13.674 billion euros, is specified in the Briefing, reports the French newspaper Capital.

Excluding the contribution Faurecije, whose sales soared 13.8 percent in the same quarter, as a bank atkivnost, revenues of the PSA (only in the automotive division) show a slight annual growth of 0.3 percent to 8.95 billion euros.

The sales fell 0.9 percent in Europe, where PSA is still raised the forecast of growth of production by 10 percent in 2015 and forecast sales growth of 1.0 to 4.0 percent.

In China and Southeast Asia sales volume jumped 8.6 percent.

As for the prospects, the PSA expects the European market achieved sales growth of 4.0 percent in 2015 and 7.0 percent in China.

In Latin America anticipates a sales decline of about 10 percent, and in Russia, about 30 percent.
